Warranty and Return Policy
2 Year Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
All our jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Problems in materials or workmanship that occur during manufacturing.
- Damage in transit: Any damage incurred during shipping.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, loss, theft, or external influences (such as chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper maintenance).
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Please email sales@purple-green.com with a detailed description of your issue.
- Please attach clear photos of the damage and your order number.
- Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, we will send you a replacement product or propose a suitable solution.
Return Policy
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- You can return the product within 15 days of receipt to obtain a credit to use in our store.
- Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging .
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Make a Return:
- Please contact us at sales @purple -green.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason (e.g. defect, wrong size, not as expected).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case where the product is defective or damaged during transport.
Returns for Defective Products:
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a free replacement and cover all shipping costs. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the process.
